Project
Last fall, my wife and I began dreaming of what our church website could be both in appearance
and in features and functions. We continued brainstorming with David Burry who helps out at Tagnet. We went through many
trials and errors with some innovative software. Then Joel McComb basically put everything together in a short period of time.
He brought us far enough along to launch, and we're so grateful for the long hours he put in after his regular work day. Now
we still will continue to dream and implement new features as we go along.
Getting
Started
Start off small and simple. Anything is better than nothing. So get something simple up that lets
people know where you are, when you meet, and what you have to offer. Don’t be afraid to hire a pro. We’re fortunate enough to
be in the Silicon Valley and have some members who are incredibly generous with their time and talent. I’m so glad they choose
to use their energy and skill to help God’s church and to reach new people who haven’t yet discovered how amazing Jesus truly
is.
